Remember, for your Adsense account, the only thing you need to do is:
-your email address
-your telephone number, through Google's automated phone call system.
-your home maling address
- Provide your tax information, such as your social security
- Submit a payment method, which is usually your bank account data.
(This is where your Google Adsense earning may go - you can opt to receive payments by check however.)

That's it, you're done. You should have a confirmation within 24 hours, so monitor your e-mail.
(Sometimes, approval can be even faster.)
At this point, you don't need to modify anything in your Adsense account.
